Reader Appreciation Day and Then Some
At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person. Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us. - Albert Schweitzer
It is truly amazing to me that every single time I feel discouraged or down or worried about my blog and its presence (in relation to my daughter and her like or dislike of it) I get emails from readers who delurk and tell me how much they appreciate it, how much they have learned, how much they like my writing and that I must continue.
So thank you.
I needed those private emails the past few days. I was feeling so discouraged and down and you (and you know who you are) popped up and shared your thoughts with me.
Thank you - all of you.

OK, I missed out on the deleted part. But what I really wanted to say is: Suz, your light never goes out in our hearts. You are an amazing woman, writer, blogger, mom, friend. XO D.

These is tough.
I think there is sometimes on the kids' part a desire to hurt. If my doctor were here she would say that's abandonment talking.
I am relatively new to WMW but it does not sound to me like she wants to cut all ties. I sincerely hope it all works out. Where there's life there's always hope.
Someone told me when I found my son to wait a few years. They were right. Things got better. Never smooth though - never.

Well, hmph. I don't know what to tell you.
She sounds young. That's all I can say. Young and confused. *Shrug*
I don't get it at all.
